Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains the information used by this website and what happens when you prepare an enquiry.
About this website
This website presents Geteridian, a market-research project of GOLDMINE PLUS LIMITED, and describes its research approach. See our legal information for company particulars. The website does not provide an investment account or process financial transactions.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation, a research area and a message. It also records that you acknowledged this notice. Provide only information that is necessary to explain your enquiry.
How an enquiry is sent
When you choose Open email draft, your browser passes the form details to your device’s configured email app to prepare a message addressed to contact@geteridian.com. This website does not submit or store the enquiry. The message is sent only if you review it and press Send in your email app; your email service and the recipient’s inbox may then handle and retain a copy.
If no email app opens, the form offers a link to try again. The details remain in the form while you return to the page.
Technical information
Requests to the site necessarily include technical information such as an IP address, browser details and the requested page. The hosting platform may retain access and error logs according to its configuration. Form fields are not sent to the website when you prepare a draft.
This implementation contains no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and does not set tracking cookies. Images and fonts are served with the website. Your email service is involved only if you choose to send the draft.
Use and retention
Enquiry information is intended for assessing and responding to your request. It is not used by this implementation to subscribe you to marketing messages. Retention of sent correspondence depends on your email service, the recipient’s inbox and their provider settings; this site does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.
Questions about your information
You can use the contact page or email contact@geteridian.com to ask how correspondence has been handled or request correction or deletion. If you already have a reply from the operator, reply to that conversation.
