Systems over isolated features
We are not building another point tool. We are building the system that helps your institution put AI to work across the teams that need it.
Founded in 2024 in Dubai, Eridian brings development, legal, operations, and risk work together in one AI operating system for financial institutions. Eridian is a product of RENEDOR LLC. We are a 65-person team in Dubai, Hong Kong, and South Africa. The future of enterprise AI is not a collection of point tools. It is a shared way of working.
We started Eridian in 2024 after watching a $300B Indonesian bank deploy 14 different AI tools across 14 different teams. The engineers used one. The lawyers used another. The ops team used a third. Nobody knew the total cost. Nobody had an audit trail. Nobody had data sovereignty. And the CTO was being asked to 'just add AI' to every workflow without a single governance layer.
We realized the problem was not the models. The hard part was making AI work across an institution. Every team was reinventing the process. Every team was working to a different standard. Every team was sending sensitive work somewhere different.
So we built Eridian. One AI operating system that gives every team the intelligence it needs and gives the institution one clear way to work. We've deployed Eridian across 12 enterprise financial institutions in 4 continents, processing 2.4 trillion tokens and reducing AI-work costs by an average of 38%.

CEO
Joseph Kadart is Chief Executive Officer of Eridian. He holds the institutional mandate from the company's Dubai headquarters: direction, capital, and the standard of accountability applied to every deployment. Every invocation, every workflow, and every exception sits under a named owner, a named control, and a record a supervisor can produce on demand.

CTO
Phil Hofsteder is Chief Technology Officer of Eridian. He holds the accountability architecture of the operating system: policy enforced at invocation, dual control on high-risk actions, and an audit trail that survives examination. His work is the control discipline that lets a financial institution put intelligence into production without surrendering the decision to an unreviewed model.

VP of Engineering
James Okafor is Vice President of Engineering at Eridian. He holds the production path of the operating system, from model access to signed record. Routing, evaluation, residency, and the controls that keep institutional workloads inside policy sit under his function. His work is to keep Eridian reliable, reviewable, and fit for regulated use at institutional scale.

Head of Product
Elena Volkov is Head of Product at Eridian. She translates supervisory and operating requirements into workflows that legal, operations, and risk teams can execute, review, and stand behind on the same system. Her work is to keep the product aligned to institutional standards rather than to novelty, with one operating surface, one review path, and one record.

If people cannot understand the work, they cannot stand behind it. Eridian keeps the decisions, costs, and evidence visible. No black boxes. No surprises.
Your data is yours. We never train on your data without explicit consent. We offer ZDR, custom data residency, and full audit trails. Your CISO should sleep at night.
We ship weekly. We measure everything. We iterate based on data, not opinions. Our changelog is public. Our uptime is public. Our costs are transparent.
