The Problem Is Not the Model
Every financial institution we speak with has the same surface-level diagnosis: we need better AI. Engineering needs code completion. Legal needs contract review. Operations needs incident support. Risk needs clearer casework. When each team buys a separate tool, the institution loses the shared context that makes AI useful at scale.
The model is not the bottleneck. The missing piece is a common way to work. Without it, AI adoption becomes a collection of parallel experiments, disconnected records, and decisions no one can fully explain.
