30 minutes. We talk about your work and the constraints of regulated inference. You ask questions. No whiteboard.
Role Deep Dive
60 minutes. A live problem from the seat: system design, a product critique, a control review, or a customer scenario. Not a puzzle.
Product & Culture Fit
45 minutes. How you ship with a small team, how you collaborate, and how you handle ambiguity.
Offer & Equity
24 hours. We decide, we send written terms including equity, and we give you time. We will not pressure you.
